About JLS Communications

JLS Communications is a privately owned corporation established in 2001. JLS was founded by individuals with different backgrounds but all having the same goal – to provide business customers with a resource that assists them with every aspect of their Telecommunications. We wanted to provide customers with the highest level of customer service or personal service that we feel has been lost in recent years. These reasons are why JLS “Your Personal Communications Company” was created.

JLS provides several products and services for our customers. We have separated these services by two divisions, Consulting Services and Direct/Agency Services.

Our Consulting Services Division provides customers with multiple services including Contract Negotiations, Network Optimization, Analyzing Invoices, Order Processing and more. JLS charges no fee to our clients unless we save them money.

Our Direct Sales Division provides customers with the option to choose from several major carriers in Wire Line, Wireless and Equipment Services. We provide our customers with a team that is responsible for everything from installation to billing verification for the life of the agreement.

JLS has local offices in three regions, Southwest, Midwest and Eastern. We have representatives all across the US and we have recently expanded our services to not only services across the US and Internationally.
